Mami's was born in Springfield, Louisiana — a small town with big appetites and even bigger community pride. From day one, the kitchen ran on one rule: no shortcuts, ever.
The Food Says Everything
The Lava Loco arrives sizzling in a stone molcajete — chicken, steak, shrimp, chorizo, and queso fresco in one spectacular bowl. Then there's the Stuffed Pineapple, the tamales, the street tacos.
Livingston Parish Took Notice
In 2021, Mami's was named Livingston Parish Chamber's New Business of the Year — recognition that the community had already been showing up for, plate by plate. It wasn't a surprise to the regulars.
